CAREERS – SALES OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Sales Operations Administrator – Minneapolis, MN

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the President of Sales and supports the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer when needed.
  • Attend trade shows as required
  • Provide guidance to management on the engagement of distributors
  • Plan quarterly sales meetings
  • Manage Customer Relations Management (CRM) application and provide reporting documents as required by management
  • Manage and execute distribution agreements and amendments
  • Assist in onboarding new sales agents as needed
  • Manage and execute hospital, hospital system, and GPO agreements and amendments
  • Assist in developing and communicating minimum sales goals and performance bonuses for sales agencies
  • Provide management and support to Training Manager and attend Sales Agent training and labs as required
  • Assist in managing sales team reimbursements as needed
  • Assist in other sales administrative functions as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Associates Degree in management or a related social science
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees and distributors
  • Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
  • Ability to collect, summarize and report technical information
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to track and organize complex processes and data
  • Preferred Spine Experience

Compensation:

· Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 based on experience
